Therapy, Counseling & Art Therapy

Chicago, IL & Virtual

Welcome.

You’re likely here because you’ve been considering starting therapy. Whether you’re hoping to develop new ways of coping, strengthen your relationships, or gain a deeper understanding of yourself, you’re in the right place.

Beginning this search isn’t always easy. Simply being here reflects an important first step-choosing to prioritize you.

You might be feeling stuck or unsure of how to move forward. You may be searching for meaning, hope, or a greater sense of connection. Perhaps you’re navigating the exhaustion of sleepless nights with young children, struggling with anxiety, stress, or chronic overwhelm, or feeling disillusioned by the current state of the world. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

I offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore both personal experiences and the broader systems that shape our lives.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Reaching out for support is not a sign of weakness-it is a meaningful and courageous step toward care and change.

Meet your therapist

I am a curious, creative licensed clinical counselor and art therapist (LCPC & ATR).

My approach to therapy is to foster a safe and affirming relationship where we work collaboratively on specific goals to gain greater self-awareness, personal growth and healthier living.

I believe in an integrative, relational approach that is person-centered, trauma and polyvagal informed, strengths-based, and I hold an anti-oppressive framework.

I think everything in life is art. What you do. How you dress. The way you love someone, and how you talk. Your smile and your personality. What you believe in and all your dreams. The way you drink your tea. How you decorate your home. Or party. Your grocery list. The food you make. How your writing looks. And the way you feel. Life is art”
