Meet your therapist

I am a curious, creative licensed clinical counselor and art therapist (LCPC & ATR).

My approach to therapy is to foster a safe and affirming relationship where we work collaboratively on specific goals to gain greater self-awareness, personal growth and healthier living.

I believe in an integrative, relational approach that is person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and I hold an anti-oppressive framework.

I think everything in life is art. What you do. How you dress. The way you love someone, and how you talk. Your smile and your personality. What you believe in and all your dreams. The way you drink your tea. How you decorate your home. Or party. Your grocery list. The food you make. How your writing looks. And the way you feel. Life is art”
