Meet your therapist
About
I am a curious, creative licensed clinical counselor and art therapist (LCPC & ATR).
My approach to therapy is to foster a safe, affirming, and compassionate relationship where we can work collaboratively on specific goals to gain greater self-awareness, personal growth and healthier living.
I am person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and I hold an anti-oppressive framework.
I believe in an integrative, holistic, and relational approach where we address both chronic and acute mental health concerns.
Outside of the therapy space, I am a busy working mom of two. I understand firsthand the emotional complexities of postpartum, parenthood and the challenges of maintaining one’s own identity and self-care while caring for others tiny humans.
I also enjoy traveling, cooking, hiking, biking, creating my own art, farmers markets, gardening, Bravo housewives and finding Chicago’s best pastry shops!
What I Offer
To me, good therapy is rooted in a genuine connection.
My approach is warm and collaborative, blending insight, practical tools & some humor - NOT just reflective listening.
I provide a validating and inclusive space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to face each season of life with greater confidence & clarity!
